Cancellation and Booking Policy
We completely understand that plans can change. However, when appointments are cancelled at the last minute, it leaves gaps that are hard to fill and means another client misses the chance to book that spot.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments will incur a $10 fee per occurrence.
- After a second late cancellation, any outstanding fees must be settled before a new booking can be made.
This policy allows us to respect our practitioners’ time and offer availability to other patients who may be waiting.
Late Arrivals
To ensure fairness to all clients and keep our schedule running on time:
- If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- The treatment time will be shortened accordingly, and the full service fee will still apply
Free Trial Bookings
If you’re on a free trial, please note that your trial will be lost if you cancel within 24 hours or don’t attend your appointment.
