- Signature Care Card ACC patients who also want massage: reward points plus complimentary ACC Physio or Acupuncture sessions.
- Treatment Card Regular Physiotherapy or Acupuncture, ACC or private.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a GP referral for ACC treatment?
No. You don't need a GP referral. If you don't already have an ACC claim for your injury, our physiotherapy team can assess you and, where appropriate, lodge an ACC claim for you.
Are there discounts for Community Services Card or Gold Card holders?
Yes. Patients with a valid Community Services Card or Gold Card may receive discounted ACC surcharges:

What payment options do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, Afterpay and Prezzy cards. ACC patients pay only the ACC surcharge, and you may also be able to use Southern Cross Health Insurance. Our team can confirm what applies to you when you book.
How does the free first trial work?
New patients can try a free first session: Physiotherapy (30 min), Acupuncture (30 min) or Massage (10 min). Register for your free trial.
Please note the trial is lost if it is cancelled within 24 hours or missed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a $10 fee. Call 09 250 1999 to change your booking, or read our full Cancellation and Booking Policy.
Can I use my Private Treatment Card for massage?
Yes. Each Private Treatment Card session can be converted to a 30 minute Premium Massage or a 45 minute Relaxation Massage. Cupping and scraping are not included.
What do I need to buy or top up a Signature Care Card?
A valid ACC claim number is required before a Signature Care Card can be purchased. Top-ups are available once your allocated ACC treatment sessions have been fully used.
Do reward points or sessions expire?
Reward points do not expire. ACC treatment sessions are valid for as long as your ACC claim number is valid.
Can I share my card with family?
Yes. Cards can be shared with your family members.
Are card top-ups refundable?
No. Top-up cards are non-refundable.
